1. Introduction
This policy explains what data Zirak collects when you use our ride and delivery services, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, phone number, preferred language, city.
- Order data: pickup and delivery addresses, receiver name and phone, collection amount, and the state of the shipment or ride.
- Location: we collect a driver's location while he is working, to track the ride or shipment and improve dispatch. We do not track a driver outside working hours, and we do not collect customer location in the background.
- Driver documents: identity or licence photos at application time, used for eligibility verification only.
- Device data: device model, OS and push token, to deliver notifications and diagnose faults.
3. Why we use it
- To perform the ride or deliver and track the parcel.
- To let the parties reach each other (call or WhatsApp) to complete the order.
- For invoicing, settlement and account statements.
- For safety, fraud prevention and complaint handling.
- To improve the service and produce operational statistics.
4. Who we share it with
Only the minimum needed: the receiver's name, phone and address with the assigned driver; shipment data with the sender who owns it; and with sub-contracted courier partners when needed for the last mile. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We may disclose data on a valid legal or judicial request.
5. Retention
Order and financial records are kept as long as accounting and legal requirements demand, then deleted or anonymised. Document photos are kept while the account is active and deleted when it closes.
6. Your rights
- Request a copy of your data, or its correction.
- Request deletion of your account and data through our account deletion page or by contacting us.
- Turn notifications off from the app or your device settings.
7. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and internal access is limited to authorised staff by role.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
